If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our post-purchase policy makes returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

🔄 Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sesh Style, we aim to make post-purchase requests simple and stress-free. If you wish to exchange or refund an item, kindly fill out the e-form at the bottom of this page after reviewing the eligibility conditions below.

✅ Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition with the IYS tag attached.

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Requests without the ticket or submitted after 14 days are not eligible.

• Each order is entitled to one post-purchase action only (exchange, refund, or both together in a single request).

• For mixed requests (some items exchanged, others refunded), please specify this clearly in the comments section of the e-form.

🛍️ Discounted & Sale Items

• Items purchased with a discount or during a sale can be exchanged subject to availability.

• Refunds are available for discounted items, issued as store credit (terms & conditions apply).

🚚 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs related to approved exchanges or refunds.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive the wrong product or a factory-defective item, we will provide a free exchange or full refund (your choice) within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If a factory defect appears after use (within 30 days of receiving the item), our product warranty will cover it under standard guidelines.

  ✅ شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  • المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية جديد، غير مستخدم، ومعاه تيكت مثبت.

  • الطلب لازم يتم خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر.

  • الطلبات بدون تيكت أو المقدمة بعد 14 يوم تعتبر غير مؤهلة.

  • كل أوردر يحق له إجراء واحد فقط (استبدال أو استرجاع أو الاثنين معًا مرة واحدة).

  • لو في طلب "مُختلط" (بعض القطع استبدال وأخرى استرجاع)، لازم يتكتب بوضوح في قسم التعليقات داخل النموذج.

  🛍️ المنتجات المخفضة وعروض الخصومات

  • القطع المشتراة بخصم أو أثناء التخفيضات يمكن استبدالها حسب التوفر.

  • الاسترجاع مسموح، ولكن المبلغ يُعاد في صورة رصيد متجر (تُطبق الشروط والأحكام).

  🚚 رسوم الشحن

  • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

  • العميل هو المسؤول عن جميع تكاليف الشحن والاستبدال الخاصة بطلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع المعتمدة.

  ⚠️ المنتجات المعيبة أو الغير صحيحة

  • في حالة استلام منتج خاطئ أو به عيب مصنعي، بنوفرلك استبدال مجاني أو استرجاع كامل (حسب اختيارك) خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر.

  • لو ظهر عيب مصنعي بعد الاستخدام (خلال 30 يوم من الاستلام)، بيتم التعامل معاه
    من خلال الضمان الخاص بالمنتج وفقًا للسياسات المتبعة.
